 I am thrilled to share the news with everyone!  We are expecting our third child this Christmas!  I’m beyond excited and just starting to think about moving bedrooms around, debating stroller systems and video monitors, and really getting curious to know whether it’s a little sister or a little brother in there!  My girls are just thrilled at the thought of having a new baby in the house, and although the timing of delivery being so close to Christmas is a little stressful for me, I am just feeling so thankful and blessed – especially since I’m finally over the hump of constant gagging and an upset stomach  Shooting in Florida several weeks ago was very difficult and it didn’t get any better once we got back to Michigan, which is why the blog and facebook page were both neglected for so long.  But now that I’m feeling myself again (and don’t feel like sleeping the entire day!) I can be more on top of things again!

The beauty of a December birth is that it doesn’t change my shooting schedule a whole lot, although I will only be taking clients through mid-October and likely will not be making a trip to Florida for sessions next Spring.  Aside from that, I anticipate being as busy as normal this summer and fall.

We’re fairly certain this is our last baby, so I’ve tried to take some pictures here and there when I’ve thought of it.  I can’t believe that I’m already in my 13th week and don’t have more than I do, though.  Time is flying by!  I need to try to slow down and capture more, both with my camera as well as the baby journal.
